The Public Law Master's Programme will cover academic and professional expertise in the fields of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, Administrative Law, International Law, General Public Law, Human Rights Law, Philosophy and Sociology of Law, Constitutional Law, Legal History and Financial Law.
The Master's Degree Programme in Public Law will not only enable students of the Faculty of Law and lawyers who continue their professional activities such as lawyers, judges, prosecutors, notaries, inspectors to have a Master's degree, but also serve as a preliminary preparation for the PhD Programme that will support their academic career plans.
The aim of our programme is to teach our students the methods of investigation and research in the field of Public Law, to develop their application skills, and to gain independent scientific study skills in national and international fields.
Our programme offers an instructive and enjoyable education and training option where Public Law will be evaluated from a Turkish-German perspective and the issues will be examined from a different perspective. In addition, 30% of the courses will be taught in German and will be conducted with the contributions of Turkish and German faculty members.
The Public Law Master's Programme has started education and student admission for the first time in the 2016-2017 Spring Semester.
